The Organization is structured according to the following system

Board of Directors

Management Team “Executive Committee”

The organization has a five-member Board of Directors (B.O.D) in place, largely comprised of professionals, with a mandate to help in major decision-making, policy architecture, and spearheading partner and resource mobilization endeavors; they are often briefed and updated on the organizations’ undertakings.

The management team “Executive committee”, which is responsible for the daily running of activities, includes:

Director, Program manager, Finance officer, Logistics officer, Head of Program, Departmental Heads (Food Security & Livelihoods, Gender Community Development, WASH, Field Coordinator) and the Secretary.

Of the aforementioned staffs, Juba-Central Equatoria has nine (9) and Upper Nile twenty-six (26). The organization has policies in place to procurement, finance and fund management, human resource and personnel endeavors, logistics, and gender issues, etc.

With other support staff, NRDC has 35 staff (21 males and 14 females) spread across the programme and management/operations in Juba, Central Equatoria, Malakal, Upper Nile, and Fashoda.
